Rapid-Mix

Rapid-Mix
Music tools and modules for digital designers and content creators

Rapid-Mix is a European project designed to develop new modes of musical interaction by integrating multimodal data linked to movements and the body. From a methodological point of view, the project is based on user-centered approaches and the rapid development of prototypes. Advanced signal analysis and machine learning techniques are also used.

The transfer of these technologies to participating SMEs is an important aspect of the project. In this project, Ircam is in charge of a task on the development of prototype applications (agile prototyping) and is also involved in all other project tasks.
