For the first time, Rôles de danse is coming to Sweden for STOFF 2025. Rôles de Danse is a playful connected dance experience in which each player embodies one of about fifteen roles. The player is coached by an AI, which helps him embody his role and achieve his goal in conjunction or contradiction with the goals of the other players/dancers, thus generating a rich and stimulating dance performance. During the performance, spectators are subjected to a series of challenges. Rôles de Danse is accessible to a diverse audience and is presented in the form of a participatory performance bringing together the public and accomplice dancers.

What is STOFF?
A multidisciplinary arts festival, acting as a ‘stage’ for local and international artists to present their innovative work—ranging from performance to installation art and anything in between. The festival includes industry-specific panel talks, seminars, workshops, and the all-important Fringe Awards!
